How do I book a Metro Cab?

You can make a reservation 24-hours a day by calling 734-997-6500 for a ride in the Metro Detroit area or call (616) 827-6500 to book a Metro Cab in the the Grand Rapids area. Download Metro Cab app for the simplest and fastest way to reserve a ride now or in advance.

Do I need a reservation?

If you need a specific pickup time, we recommend a reservation to ensure vehicle availability, but our dispatch center can help you 24-hours a day if you call and need a ride on short notice.

If you’re landing at the airport and would like to take a Metro Cab without a reservation, follow the signs for “Ground Transportation” and speak to a Metro Cab representative at our kiosks or a driver at the curb.

Where do I find a Metro Cab at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW)?

Simply follow the signs to “Ground Transportation” in each terminal where you will find the Metro Cab kiosk. We will be there and at your service. Metro Cab is the only cab company with curbside service at the airport.

Do you provide car seats or booster seats for children?

Due to the variety of needs for passengers of a young age, we do not supply car seats. Passengers are welcome to bring and install their own.

Do you operate on holidays and late at night?

Metro Cab is at your service 24-hours a day. To ensure the best possible service in early and late hours, we recommend making an advance reservation, but we’re always available to assist on short notice as well.

What airports do you service?

Metro Cab is the preferred transportation provider at the Detroit Metropolitan International Airport and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.
